Why was he staring at me?

(I went to a doctor appointment today and i was just in the waiting room like everyone else.
I was bored of waiting so i put my phone on silent and vibrate and just used the internet.
I look up and i see this thirty year oldish indian looking at me.
I shrug it off and continue what im doing on my phone.
After a few minutes i get bored again so i start looking around, i see him looking at me still and i couldn’t hold in my awkward smile (Im twelve, yet i look like im fourteen just so you know.)
I went back onto my phone and twenty minutes later (Why so long for my appointment i wonder? lol.) i look up and he’s STILL staring at me, i raise both my eyebrows at him and i continue with my phone. This happens one more time before i was called for my appointment.

I walk back out after my appointment and he’s gone.
I wasn’t attracted to him nor did i have intrest, i don’t understand his intentions, but why was he staring at me for so long? *sweat drop* I don’t think he was attracted to me and there wasn’t anything on my face…)
